By installing and using PriceFlux ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

PriceFlux is a Shopify application that provides intelligent price optimization through sales velocity analysis, automated pricing rules, and performance analytics. The service is designed to help merchants optimize their product pricing strategies.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Shopify account
• Reviewing and approving price changes as appropriate
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations
• Using the service in accordance with Shopify's terms
• Monitoring the impact of pricing changes on your business

4. Pricing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly through Shopify's billing system. Pricing tiers include:

• Starter: $29/month
• Professional: $99/month
• Enterprise: $299/month
• Unlimited: $599/month

All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify admin panel.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability, and we will provide advance notice when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

PriceFlux provides pricing recommendations and automation tools, but you retain full control and responsibility for your pricing decisions. We are not liable for any business losses, revenue impacts, or other damages resulting from the use of our service.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your store data, and we use it solely to provide and improve our services.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in price manipulation or anti-competitive practices
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless required by law to retain longer.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
